I worked with Alicia to have her enter my 2006 books and then again for 2007. I was disappointed with the amount of errors that were made in my account and surprised that Alicia didn't catch them before returning my quickbooks data to me. One of the mistakes was putting all of my checking account entries into a different banking account for 2007 than she had for 2006, another was deleting all of the entries I had previously made for 2008 when finalizing my 2007 records. I found her communication towards me to be condescending at times. The file I finally received from her contains omissions and errors and I expect it will take me many hours to correct everything -- it would have been easier, faster and cheaper to have simply done it myself.
I will not be working with her again and would not recommend her to anyone else.

As a professional tax advisor/preparer I need to be able to refer my clients to excellent bookkeepers and be confident that I can rely on their work.
Alicia has done outstanding work for reasonable fees for several of my clients.
