He's not a good salesman, but he's honest and will charge you a reasonable rate, not the regular gimmicks like giving you a cheap system at a low price but charging a higher monthly fee. Go with this company if you're going to stay in your current home for 5 years or more because they will charge you more for installation than other alarm companies, but will change you less per month.
It will also help to know exactly what you want when you order the alarm, because he will give you what you ask for. For instance, if you want all the windows wired, he will do that (for a price). Of course, if anything breaks, he will come back at no charge and fix it, so he will install it right the first time to avoid that!
