R & G service agent arrived on time. After 1 minute inside my home, gruffly yelled at me, in presence of small children, that there was nothing wrong. I needed to turn up the temperature of my water heater and everything would be ok. Never mind that my water heater had been on the same setting for over 5 years. Agent continued muttering "nothing is wrong", claimed he would not charge for visit only to send bill a week later. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience with them (if you can call getting your dishwasher fixed a great experience). They were quick to put me on their schedule (the following business day), the guy was on-time, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Got the part the next day (it happened to be in stock), and we were good to go.
Their prices were better than comparable to the other companies I called.
