I really like Japanese Beetle in Sunnyvale--they specialize in Honda/Acura/ Toyota/Lexus. Twice, I called to make an appointment and both times the owner asked me to describe the problem over the phone and gave me some tips and they worked! That really saved me money and the hassle of bringing my car in. I totally trust them!
