Jan's service is fantastic! She follows through immediatly on my requests. She goes above and beyond. You feel very important when working with Borel. Here are some examples: twice coming to my business to help set up accounts, the personalized checks arrived 2 days after signing up, Jan personally wrote 3 letters to explain to institutions how to make sure ACH were set up properly, and the list goes on. I am tough to please, and Jan came through with flying colors!

Our company has been banking with Wells Fargo for over 30 years, however we always found ourselves less than satisfied with the overall service and the impersonal nature of modern banking. But where else to go for our business banking needs? The answer came in the form of Jan Fong and Borel Bank. All of our needs are being met and the level of personal service is incomparable, far exceeding our expectations. It's so nice to work with the friendly people at Borel - it gives banking a friendly face and the security of knowing there is actually somebody there who cares!

I have been so disappointed with the level of service I received at Bank of America and Wells Fargo over the years that when I started my business I decided to try Borel. Jan Fong and Borel Bank have exceeded my expectations by far. They will go out of their way to make sure my needs are met. When I call, a real person answers the phone and Jan is always available to help me with whatever I need.
