Tony Wang is an excellent barber from Taiwan who specializes in women's haircuts although he also does men's haircuts too. He speaks mandarin and specializes in cutting Asian style haircuts, which he does really well. I gave him an idea of the type of haircut I wanted, and he cut my hair exactly how I described. If you are looking for style, definitely come to Pink Lady.
