I got my hair cut here once by the owner (the tall lady Fong) and I was very satisfied. However, I do not trust the skill of the other employees as much. The next time I came back, she was very busy and I got my hair cut by another one of the hair stylists. I left feeling unsatisfied with my hair.
The same thing happened to my little cousin and sister when they went for a haircut and had the other haircutters cut it. I recommend that you get your hair cut by Fong, or do not cut it at all here. Also, if you speak Mandarin Chinese, it will be easier to communicate with them.
