I got some very good advice on finding birthing classes when I went in and visited (their classes didn't work for my schedule so they connected me with others). Then I signed up for their infant care class and it was very good. Very glad I went.

Taking Blossom Birth's childbirth education class gave my husband and I the knowledge needed to make our own informed decisions during the birthing process. To know the process and terminology is invaluable. We also took the breastfeeding class and found it equally informative and essential. If you're expecting, take Blossom's classes!

Blossom Birth was a lifeline for me and my partner. We did our child birth prep classes there and found the small class sizes to be much more personal and informative. The instructors really know their stuff, along all views of the birth spectrum. After giving birth, my baby and I did an Infant Massage class and just loved Reenie, the instructor. She is so loving. Then we joined the parent baby group and found some great friends, lifelong friends. Now three years later, we've been back for the Childbirth Refresher course, and Infant Massage for our second child, again with Reenie! I'm really thankful that I found Blossom.

Blossom's parent-baby support group and the friendship and good advice I found there is what pulled me out of serious postpartum depression. The small group setting with a a trained therapist facilitator was different than the parent groups I had attended before - much more intimate and supportive of many ways to parent, even of cosleeping and toddler nursing.
I found a home at Blossom and have missed it since my daughter has grown up. I guess I'll just have to have another baby so I can go back!

Blossom's staff is warm, loving, lovely and inclusive! They offer classes from childbirth to sign language, yoga, breastfeednig and much more. The Blossom community is a small and passionate group of mostly local moms and moms-to-be who want to make the most out of their pregnancy and their early parenting days. Highly recommended.

Blossom provides unbiased information about birth and parenting. It gives women and their families choices on how they would like to discover the birthing process. Since they are not tied to any hospital or single provider, they are able to discuss all views openly and easily as they are not driven by any agenda. I personally am using their services now that I am expecting twins and want to know as much as I can about the birth process and not only what to expect but really what my options are.

Blossom has classes, meet the midwife nights, and lists of professionals who offer services to parents during pregnancy and after childbirth. It's a great place to find out what's available in the area.
