Using the Three Principles as a foundation, you could become aware of the separate reality your daughter is living from that which you are living. Each of you creates her own reality of the life you are experiencing, based on the actual thoughts you are forming about the outside events that are happening around you. If you realized that both of you are innocent of not knowing "exactly" what the other is experienceing "from the inside out", then you might be able to be more compassionate with helping your daughter undertand her own inner confusion about how to make decisions in her life for her own best behalf.
