The R.E.Davidson Company did an entire remodel on my California bungalow built in the 1930s. They kept the feeling of the old home intact -- and upgraded everything else. New underpinnings beneath the house (for earthquake readiness), new exterior and interior walls, new bathrooms and new kitchen. This was my first home and all the way through the process, Bob Davidson planned the sequence of the steps (this is crucial it turns out in home remodeling). Bob helped me in the decision making and was excellent at pointing out the pros and cons of different expenditures. The end product is a house that makes me very happy. In every direction the master craftsmanship of their work shows through. I now have rich custom cherry cabinets, custom old-fashioned crown mouldings, and more finishing touches than I can count.
Definitely recommend this builder for projects where you want to maintain the old feel of a house, but you want all the modern conveniences (like hard wired Internet access in every room, dimmable lights in all rooms, oudoor holiday lights you can turn on from inside, etc.).
The R.E. Davidson Company does beautiful work that I am proud to show my friends. And Bob kept the project on budget, while still making the process fun. I will call this company again when I am ready to get the garage remodeled.

We hired Bob to build our custom closet organizers. For about the same price as we were quoted from Valet Organizers we got a much better product and a higher quality, custom job. Bob was on time and on budget and overall a true pleasure to work with.
