I had the Wood Connection build my kitchen cabinets, pantry and entertainment center. I could not have been happier with the job. But what I felt really sets them apart is the customer service. If you are directly involved with the design/installation of your remodel you understand that small issues WILL arise. Dennis at the Wood Connection was always there to help me get through my project when some of my friends/contractors were "Too Busy". They are forward thinking and will discover issues not thought of before the problem has been built and installed. I would highly recommend the Wood Connection based on quality, industry knowledge, and customer service.

We had the Wood Connection create a built in media center and a cabinet to go around some wine fridges. The end result was fantastic. Really beautiful. However, they were really late getting them to us and we had to practically design them ourselves (I don't think they had done a media cabinet before). There were some problems with the shelf pin holes not being aligned correctly as well. The main problem was that we had to keep calling to get them to work on our project at all.
