This married team is efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. Am (the wife) is great with kids, while Ken is "all business" and hard at work on the carpets. They got stains out of my carpets that other cleaners could never budge. My carpets always look great when they leave, there is no residue, and I like that they are steam cleaners as opposed to chemical cleaners for the safety of my kids.
