John Vinson runs the business and does a GREAT job - on time, pleasant, trustworthy (I've left him the key when I've not been home). His wife, Christine, answers the phone, schedules, makes updating phone calls to tell you of his actual arrival time (even when it's 10-15 minutes from the time he said it would be). They're very busy on the first and last of the month due to rental cleanings, but otherwise can usually get to you in a couple of days time.
