A wonderful find. They actually CLEAN the carpets and get the spots out for good. They can work miracles too - I had a "cleaning crew" track bright blue bubble gum onto my brand new (literally, no one had ever walked on it) white carpet, and they were able to get the gum out and make it look as if nothing had ever happened. A little pricey, but you will never use anyone else once you have seen their work.
