Frank Lee is a civil engineer that does geotechnical, geological, and enviromental services. When we did trenching, he made sure the depth was right, and he also measured our soil to see what type it was and if the soil was the right type to support our house among other things. He is very punctual and helpful and has a great attitude. I definitely recommend Frank if you need a civil engineer.
