When we remodeled our house I was overwhelmed by the closet situation. We needed more, but after living in houses and apartments with badly-organized closets, I didn't want to risk making a mistake and then have to live with it for the next 20 years. Closet Factory was good because they walked me through different options to fit my budget. Sales person had a lot of experience. The guys who put the stuff in were great and cleaned up when they were done.
