I went to the San Francisco Birth and Baby Fair they held recently and loved it - a really good selection of maternity clothing and a whole room full of other small businesses related to pregnancy, birthing, and babies. They also had workshops running all day.
They have sales several times a month at various locations in the Bay Area - a great resource for maternity clothing as well as other things baby-related.

A great company to support. It is not only a place to sell and buy maternity clothing, but it also organizes events like baby fairs, supports and introduces midwifery services etc. awesome resources for expectant and new mothers.

This is a great way to expand your maternity wadrobe on less money. All the clothes are quality brands and well taken care of. While they are not as cheap as a thrift store, they have one of the largest selections of used maternity clothes. In addition, the owners do a lot to help educate, pamper, and support mothers in the bay area with free classes, goodies and information at each sale.

They have sales a few times each month around the Bay Area. There are multiple options for sellers. You can drop-off, schedule a pick up, or mail in your clothes. Sellers keep between 40-50% of the sale price.
