Whenever I need to meet up with people, I suggest Cafe Borrone. It's right on El Camino, convenient to lots of folks, and there's a free underground parking garage in the back of the building.
They have lots of seating - outdoors and indoors. I was there the other day, and the line to order looked long, but moved fast, which I was happy about! Sometimes it's hard to get a 4-person table, but I've always been to get a 2-person one.

The first place I had cafe borgia, for all you chocolate/orange lovers out there it's the coffee drink for you. My husband and I would go there for our date night away from the three kids. Now that they're grown ups, I go to meet clients. I like the atmosphere and it doesn't hurt that it's next to a great bookstore.

Wonderful food! I really like the berry torte. Its my all time favorite cafe.

The food and drinks are amazing but it is often hard to find sitting unless there are just two of you.

The food is excellent and the atmosphere can't be beat - kids like the outdoor water fountain and it's always fun to go to Kepler's afterwards.
I would like to see a little more variety on the menu, but for just drinks it's a great bet off hours. During lunchtime, you'll wait in a long line, so it's best to arrive early.

I can't resist the CATS sandwich! Borrone is a great place to meet someone for lunch - but it can get crowded. It also has a very nice breakfast atmosphere. Buy a book at Kepler's and then sit outside in the sun.
