Napoleon Super Bakery is a small bakery shop inside Chinatown of Oakland. They make delicious pastries, bread, and cake. The egg tarts are very good and not very expensive. Whenever I go to Oakland, I always make sure I stop buy to get some dessert. Their things are very delicious. However, it is also extremely popular, so if you want to come by, go before 5:30, becuase that is about when they begin to run out!
