Tapioca Express, or commonly known as "Tap Ex" by me and my friends, is a pearl milk tea place in Cupertino (very near Stevens Creek). Late at night there a quite a few people who go there to hang out, and they do smoke, but they are all harmless. The milk tea here is very good, and you can also order a combo meal, which includes a milk tea and chicken. This is what I usually get when I go here. It is really delicious.
