What a great CSA, and good way to support local agriculture. We get a large box of local organically grown vegetables every week for $20 delivered to near our house. There is a variety of stuff each week along with recipe suggestions. We literally can't keep ahead of all the stuff that we get but we have been eating some of the best salads, soups, and stir fry's ever!!!

We were signed up for this for a while. We quit because it was way too much food but we really miss the high quality produce. I'm still in search of a neighbor who might split a basket with us because it was so good. I wish they did different sized drop offs for different sized families.

Two Small Farms delivers delicious and beautiful organic vegetables and fruit each week. They have quite a few pick-up locations around the bay area, and the box is a great value. I couldn't buy everything in each week's $20 box at Whole Foods. I enjoy trying new vegetables I haven't used before, and if there is something I don't like, there is a trade box at each pick-up where you can trade for something someone else has left.
If you're away on vacation, you can just let the folks at the CSA know, and they'll donate your box that week to one of the charities they work with. They'll even send you a donation receipt for tax purposes.
They do take new members throughout the season. All of the information is on their web site, or you can call them.
