I was referred by my Printer Dealer to Cyrus. He installed a daily and repetitive backup system and no sooner had I implemented it, I needed my own accounting data due to a bug from QuickBooks. Not only did the backup work beautifully, but Cyrus called me after hours and then walked me through the process of recovering my data.

I will sleep better at night knowing that my data is backed up.
