Our family met Dr. Nabai under unfortunate circumstances: she took over after Dr. Ron Gordon, our family dentist of over ten years, died in a bicycle accident. She filled her new role with kindness, compassion, and grace -- and she's a fabulous clinician. My kids adore her -- everyone from my six year-old, who professes to love her, to my eight- and twelve-year-old boys. She's done everything from preventive dentistry to a root canal which was not nearly as harrowing as I expected. She's patient, she's kind, she's funny, and she makes even horrendous dental work bearable.
