The only thing I buy at Neiman Marcus is powder from their Bobby Brown counter about 2x/year. Last week, I bought my powder and when I went to use it a few days later there was a problem. I think the compact was old because the powder was so caked together that it would not come off on the puff or brush. I went to exchange it and they refused because I didn't save the receipt. $40 down the drain.
