I needed some termite work for subterranean termite on my home. I had 3 bids: Terminix, Clarks, and Franz. Both Terminiz and Clarks were heavy on the sales job and quoted really expensive treatments with scary photos of termites that looked like they lived miles under a house. After those photos, anyone would want to pay to have the entire neighborhood treated. Franz Termite came in and gave me a reasonable bid and convinced me that local treatment was probably all that was necessary. I went with them and haven't had any reoccurance. They came with good recommendations from neighbors and have been with the business a long time so I decided to trust them.
