What a terrible experience! First they did not finish the job. One complete side was not done. When I called, they did not even know they had not finished (but they were calling for payment). Second, they installed one side incorrectly and they refuse to move it. Lastly, many, many drips broken, brick and plants damaged!!!!

The fence and the price of the fence was fine but they cut the electrical wire to my entire sprinkler system and did not tell me. After I finally figured out why my system was not working, I called them to come fix it. They pointed out the fine print, on the BACK of the contract, said they were not responsible for damages to the sprinkler system. Still, I forced it further, and they agreed to have the supervisor contact me. He apparently lied saying he had notified my NEIGHBOR when the line was cut (some of the fence work was shared between 2 houses) even though he knew it was my house. She says he did not notify her. He agreed to come by and dig for the missing cable and didn't show up the first day, calling me late in the day to tell me. The next time he did come by but did a half hearted effort never finding it. I found the cut cable this weekend myself. So, the fence is fine, but the attitude on the follow-up was not appreciated.

Part of our redwood fence blew down in a windstorm. Borg replaced it in a single day, for a good price. They arrived on time, were very courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterward. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and so are our neighbors.
