They have a very nice selection of Italian and American cheeses, a few local, and a few organic. Their Italian selection is really unique - some cheeses I've not seen since I was in Italy. They always have several cheeses displayed for tasting, and if Brandon is behind the counter, it'll be a real tasting trip! He is passionate about cheeses and super-knowledgeable. I had picked up a couple of cheeses on my own while browsing, but Brandon introduced me to a cheese I had never even heard of before that I loved and gave me a taste of one I had put in my basket pre-tasting that turned out to be not that special, so I put that one back. At the end, I walked away having tasted several cheeses and buying two that I knew I really, really liked. Yum!
