I recently enrolled my 18 month old the the Baby & Me class at San Mateo Gymnastics and she loves it. She shows everyone the stamp she gets at the end of each class. The teachers are great with the kids and she loves climbing swinging and jumping without mommy chasing her down.

San Mateo Gymnastics has great classes for children, including my granddaughter who is a toddler. The staff works well with all the kids I have watched. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in gymnastics classes.

It has great equipment, probably the best in the area, but the issue is that it is right next to a factory that emits potentially carcinogenic and harmful styrene contaminants. There is more information available at www.cleano2forkids.org

My 4 year old son participated in the preschool gymnastics class at San Mateo Gymnastics. I found the program to be well organized and very age appropriate for the kids. The instructors seemed to be well trained. They have recently built a new gym specifically for the younger ages called Tumbletown which is just across the parking lot from the main gym. We did not continue with the program only because my son was no longer interested in gymnastics.
