does anything e.g. hauls away fallen tree limbs, fixes roof leaks,
water damage
great with pest problems e.g. mice/rats
very conscientious of mess i.e. cleans up after himself and wears
shoe covers in the house
crawls in the attic or below if needed.
explains what he is doing and what needs to be done
