In the middle of the holiday season I needed to find a handyman who was available and capable to do a number of things on a property that I am getting ready to rent. The work involved, electrical, plumbing, grouting repairs, drywall repairs, painting, and hauling stuff to the dump and the toxic waste disposal center. I called Mike and he was available - he met me at the house where we made a list of everything that needed to be done. He returned the next day and started the work. He called me a couple of times throughout the day to let me know how things were going. He was very sensitive about our need to keep our expenses low. And he had a good eye for things that were simple to fix and really needed attention. Everything came out great. We are very happy to finally find a handyman that returns our phone calls and is reliable. Mike charges $50/hour and is well worth it.
