For hardwood floor refinishing, Sam and his crew are excellent. We used them on our 1300 sq ft house and are very pleased. They replace damaged slats and put down 3 coats (you can order more). They've done two neighbors also. The cost is very competitive. I think they may do small new floor jobs as well.
