Joan was great to work with. We went to her after a bad experience with another flooring place that treated us poorly since we weren't remodeling an entire house. She was able to work around problems we had getting a check from the builder who was paying for the new floor. She was also able to find us a solid hardwood floor to go over our slab. The floors turned out beautiful and practically sold the house for us.
