I loved their showroom and the sales lady who helped me. But the delivery guys were absolute morons. They had trouble switching the handle on my freezer door and ended up bending a metal part on the front of the frige. They also left without checking that the freezer opened and closed correctly. When I opened it, it made a loud clunking noise, so I had to call the store to have it fixed.

The guys who came out to fix the freezer door were very nice and polite and fixed it right away. So the problem was resolved, but it bothers me that the delivery guys were so irresponsible in the first place.
