David Murdoch (owner and head trainer) grew up riding horses of all kinds in all venues. His professional knowledge, talent and ability with horses is phenomenal. This barn is very competitive, but the riders are all so supportive of one another. My daughter rides here and the atmosphere is so healthy. We had no idea about caring for a horse when we got ours, and David and his staff have been incredible. They take care of him as if he was their own. Horses and riders are held to a high standard, but all are treated equally, no matter their ability. My daughter rode at several barns in the area before she got her horse, and believe me, this is the atmosphere I want her (and her horse) in.
