ITN bilked me out of a $1084 plane ticket to Cairo and messed up my plans to attend an important conference there. When something went wrong in the shiping of my tickets through UPS, they refused to take responsibility and ruined my trip. Their service is the worst and they may verge on participating in consumer fraud.
