When my husband first went in 15 years ago to buy a diamond ring for our engagement, Israel told him the first visit was for educational purposes only. There was no high pressure sales and my husband learnt a lot about diamonds...much to my advantage!! After looking around he went back to Israel. We have continued to go back over the past 15 years and he is our jeweller for life! Very personal service.

After hearing so many good things about Diamonds of Palo Alto I finally took the time to visit them today. It was a pleasure to work with Israel and his staff. One thing I didn't realize is that besides diamonds and other colored stones, they also sell pearls, custom pieces, jewelry repairs, watch batteries, etc. They provide the highest quality for the best price. Definitely recommended!

My 10-year-old $50 watch needed a new crystal and some cleaning. I was quoted $100 at Diamonds of Palo Alto to replace the crystal and refurbish it. I realized I could buy a new watch for that amount, but I said okay. I am so happy I did! My watch was unrecognizable it looked so good! It looks brand new and every nook and cranny has been buffed and polished. It is breathtaking. What impressed me so much about Israel and Diamonds of Palo Alto, is that I felt like my $50 watch was treated as if it was a $500 watch. Thank you so much! It's always satisfying when you receive service that is above and beyond what you ever expected.

Diamonds of Palo Alto is a wonderful place to select what is precious to you. The know-how and friendliness of the staff helps you make the right decision. They have a beautiful selection and a wide variety in all prize categories. And even their watch service is impeccable! My watch looked like new after the battery was replaced. highly recommend Diamonds of Palo Alto whether it is for the ultimate stone and jewelry or for simple services, repair and cleaning of your jewelry or watches.
