Hiruko is a Wellness School and a system for living powerfully. Our work is based on the premise that what we create and contribute in the world starts with a healthy body. Our wellness model is holistic and allows participants to develop and grow their physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, social, and creative dimensions. Classes include: Healing and Martial Arts for kids and adults, Kids Gym and Yoga, wellness and personal development classes, leadership training for youth, and much more.

My child is starting in their KinderDojo class which is for ages 4-7. The Hiruko Center is owned by a local family. For an initial fee of $30 we got a private lesson, the uniform, and 1 group class. This is an economical way to see if it is a fit for your child.

Hiruko Center takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, and offers a wide range of services: from prenatal yoga to kids/teen yoga, gym, martial arts, qigong ... everything is done well. They have a unique philosophy that is worth investigating not only for yourself, but for your family.
