I attended the De-Stress Your Life workshop with Anne and learned many techniques to bring peace and calmness into my life. I highly recommend this workshop to get your daily life under control.

It has been extremely difficult over the past 4 years trying to find someone to help me deal with problems/stress. With an unexpected illness and therefore altering life changes, I needed someone who "gets it" and could really help me through the tough times. I was looking for understanding, patience, and especially inner strength. I spoke with several professionals before Anne. The much needed diffference between Anne and all the others is that she is a true listener, "gets it," and has offered me the best advice geared specifically toward me, my unique situation, and what I am capable of doing. I have been with Anne for ~2 months, and I can honestly say theses have been the best 2 months in a LONG time. Thank you.
