I was in lots of pain from my work as a hairstylist. Angelo's method has improved my posture and decreased pain significantly. I enjoy his method of massage with better results much more than traditional massage! My migraines have decreased also.

Angelo practices the "Hendrickson Method". Different from traditional massage therapy and better in my opinion. It's interactive so you'll need to wear shorts and a tshirt.

Move better. Feel good. These are Angelo's words and he is right. Angelo is a Hendrickson Method Therapist. He has studied many different forms of massage and found that the Hendrickson Method is most effective for increasing athletic performance, restoring joint function, and eliminating pain. I am a competitive athlete and deep tissue massage is too harsh for my body. Angelo is gentle, yet effective and I know he will keep me competitive and healthy all season.
