My companion and looked at an item for 10 minutes or more while 3 people behind the counter ignored us. When I went up to ask for help no one would even look up until I said something about getting some help. They then all looked at each other until one guy finally walked over. He was no help as he knew less than we knew from reading the box about this very expensive product. He never offered to take it out of the box or demonstrat or ANYTHING, he seemed put out he had to help us at all. We will not be going back!

We recently rented a wheelchair and an electric scooter for a family member that was visiting from out of town. Benton had a good selection. One day we were out shopping and the scooter broke down. We brought it back and they made a few adjustments. The next day the scooter broke down again. We returned it and got a replacement that worked well. Overall, I wish I didn't have to make those two additional trips to Benton...
