My 5 year old has learned so much and enjoys going to school everyday. She even looks forward to going to Mass on Sundays. Her academic skills have been developing at an exceptional pace. Her love of music has grown even more, (And I didn't think that was possible). The school offers piano classes and we will be sending her to those next quarter. The parents at the school are great to talk to. Her teacher always seems available to discuss any issues/concerns I may have. It's a small community very dedicated to the children. I also have to mention that I'm quite impressed with the respect and confidence the children in the higher grades convey. They were a big factor in choosing a school.

Mater Dolorosa Catholic School is a small and excellent quality school: There is teacher turnover, similar to other private schools, with the experience of low ratio of teachers to students. Extracurricular activities include computer education, physical education, an extended care program, student council, team sports, and a holiday musical concert. The students fall in the top 80 percentile of the national average in math and science, and MD produces honor graduates who are accepted to college-prep high schools. They have superior school community and spirit, and offers a plethora of fellowship activities and events. Expectations for students are high in academics and in behavior, responsibility, and citizenship. My son attends MD now, and I look forward to his 8th grade graduation in about five years!

Mater Dolorosa is a great school Mrs Swain is the bestprincipal that school can have she takes care of financial things for the school even though the classes are small they still have lots of things to do together as a school .They do lots of fundraisers for the school andthey have a fest ival every year. Parents help also they have lots of parent meetings to teel what to expect and how our child is doing I am a proud parent of a 6th grader she has three different teachers who care about her and halp her when she needs help. There is a progress report every month to tell how well or how not so well your child is doing.
