I was at Mission college in Santa Clara taking a traffic school exam and I saw this group practicing in the parking lot. It looked great and I am planning to take the course. You can do a group class for beginners or they offer private instruction. They have motorcycles, scooters, and helmets. Locations in Newark, Santa Clara, and Gilroy.
