I couldn't believe they are for real. Their BBB record was satisfying and %99 of the reviews where excellent. That wasn't possible and when I ask emily she just invited me for a coffee and explained me about the company and the way they work.
When I reserve move date I was still a bit afraid.
The big day arrives and all my furniture was wrapped in moving pads and shrink wrap. They where Protected in plenty of blankets. mike's team were carried my furniture 4 flights of stairs with great care. They were very professional and communicative throughout the day. Well done, excellent job!!! We would use the service again and recommend to others.

I apologize for not letting you know sooner but we have been busy with the kids, work and still unpacking.
Our move was done on june10 2008 and it is June 23 today and we are still unpacking our boxes just to let you know the amount of stuff your guys had to move from san Francisco to New York . They are the best!!
They were there at 8am (4 guys and 2 trucks) and ready to go even if we weren't all packed yet. They were very efficient and organized.

This is the most positive experience I have had with a moving company. The guys were terrific, worked very hard and were very congenial. Since I am a teachers I grade them A+

MulTMove has had my stuff for over a month. They lied about my stuff leaving on a truck. Only when I threatened them with calling the police to report my stuff stolen did they call back and tell met the truth that it's still in San Jose storage. If Ros or Miki tells you this comment is from another moving company -- it's NOT -- I'm a very dissatisfied ligitmate MulTMove customer. we at mul-t-move try our best to serve you customers, so if you are one of our customer, and you have a comment on the service - i think the best way is to call and speak with a customer rep' and if he will not give you a helpful answer pleas ask to talk with me.

Two weeks after MulTmove picked up my household goods, they still havent even left the warehouse in California. They have no idea when theyre going to leave CA either. Also, customer service isnt worth a minute of anyones time. Horrible!

I love Movers after that wonderful experience! I have never been treated so well by a moving company in my life, and I have been moving in my life. Their customer service is impeccable, and the free pad wrapping was such a relief as I was having all my very expensive items moved. If you are looking for someone to move your things and care for them as if they were moving their own, Mul-T-Move is the company to go with !. Thanks Mul-T-Move
