Exploring Music sells everything a musician could need including books, instruments, guitar string and tabs, CDs, etc. They also sell Chinese instruments which makes them unique, for it is hard to find these places in the Bay Area. They also offer lessons for everything including Violin, Piano, GuZheng (Zither), PiPa, ErHu, DiZi, and guitar. You can find a lot of things here. You should definately come here for lessons or materials, especially for Chinese instruments.
