The owner of this salon (I think her name is Roberta) worked briefly at Thermae Day Spa in Menlo Park where I met her. She gossiped during my whole manicure about her wealthy clients and named names. She also gave me a bit of a hard time when I insisted that I did not want my cuticles cut. I was never planning to go back to her at Thermae. Turns out that she left the spa and opened up her own nail salon right across the street.
