We contacted this agency after a serious issue with our current nanny. I had come home from work on December 23 to find our 2 year old still in her PJ and a dirty diaper that had not been changed since I left for work at 8am! Our 8 month old was down for a nap and the bottle was in the crib with her and milk was all over her and the blanket! The Nany was in the kitchen with her cousin eating Taco Bell! I WAS HYSTERICAL. I fired her on the spot!

I contacted 3 agencies during the Christmas holiday. Nobody called me back except Angelic Faces. I told them of our concerns and they had us fill out a family application that day. I also interviewed 2 nannies the following day and chose the one they felt was the best. We have not been happier! They also have the nanny and the family fill out a contract between the both of us.

I cannot say enough good things about this agency. Jenn McKay was spot on when it came to our needs, she was so helpful. We HIGHLY recommend them.
