This has been the worst neighbor that I have ever had. She was a Extremely mean person... she felt like the owner maybe because she felt protected by her sister the owner. This lady wanted the attention that wasn't being provided to her by me and my family... we really don't like being involved with the neighbors... for the same reason that we'd rather not have problems with them so we just kept it to the hello and goodbye.... I guess she wanted more than that so she started to attract attention by being the meanest neighbor that you can ever have. She started by ordering us to move out our cars from the driveway that we had to park in at first we were puzzled and we moved it once or twice... because her kids wanted to play on our driveway... but then she started demanding this from us .. we (per her) had to have our cars out of the driveway by 8:00 am and in until the evening until her kids were done playing... this to me sounded insane.... how were we going to go out of our way anytime this lady wanted us to... specially since the driveway were it was our parking space was for us to park and not park whenever we wanted to... per our lease contract. Since we contacted the owner (her sister) about the situation... she didn't like that her sister was on our side and she couldn't be telling us what to do , so she decided to take matters into her own hands... if we didn't move our cars she told us by the time she had said she wasn't going to be responsible if her kids accidentally scratched our cars... this to me sounded insane... I wasn't sure who I was dealing with here... this lady was an older grown woman acting like a rebellious high school teenager with no boundaries... we decided to ignore her threats... .by the next day my truck had a few "new" scratches on it.... I thought this lady had gone to far... I contacted the owner(her sister)..about the matter and she just said that she would talk to her... and she just went on and on about the attitude that her sister had and that she even would have problems with her all the time because of her adoslescent attitude and that she couldn't get along with anybody... o.k. I thought in my mind so if she has always had problems with her and everybody else including her own mother has had several problems with her.. how does this lady (the owner) not warn people us (the tenants) about her sisters attitude and how uncomfortable we would be living... this lady didn't get it... so I decided to call the authorities... I didn't know how to fix this problem... since I had already contacted the owner about the problems that I was having with her sister and nothing ever changed... when the authorities got there this lady got enraged... and very upset and she was flipping the story. But when the authorities left she started screaming at me through her window as I was walking back... she even went as far as scratching my truck again and she even shut of the water on us.. .and I just had a new born baby... this lady is insane... so take this as a warning before moving in at 10609 1/2 Foix Avenue, Norwalk, CA ... I surrendered my lease 3 months early it was only a year lease.... I couldn't take this lady's insanity and I couldn't take either the way that the owner( her sister) couldn't control her... obviously she (the owner) doesn't have enough experience in managing a property.. .she could have gotten a big lawsuit by having this unmoral person living there as a tenant.. and not putting a stop to their insanity even though she is her sister.... there is also the obligation that she has to her tenants... and for no reason should she have taken sides with her since she is totally insane... I moved out into my mother in laws house for about one whole month until I found a place for my family. I am glad at last that I found this website to finally warn people about this family. BEWARE VERY MEAN PEOPLE LIVE HERE.
