This lady knows her Loan Document signings... she is great .. .no mistakes were made so we were able to close our mortgage loan faster.... with no running around .. . in my previous transaction when I bought my house it was really frustrating to know that we weren't able to close on time because the notary didn't know what he was doing... it was a real pleasure working with Iris .. .I recommend her to everyone that want's an efficient notary.
