FYI, I just got another letter from Dr. Mason. Turns out the move to PAMF was not going to work best for her practice (I can understand that). So she is back on her own...

I just got a letter from Dr. Mason that she is joining Palo Alto Medical Foundation. I'm surprised by this change, but I have no doubt that she will offer the same level of personal care that it so important. The good news is that PAMF will bill my insurance directly!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mason's for years and she has seen me through both routine checkups and non routine procedures. She is the very best at what she does. In addition, she is very calm and takes the time to chat and get to know more about her patients. If you can get into her practice, you should. Her office does not process insurance claims. You need to pay by check and then submit the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.
