Dr Jaki is one of those calm, down-to-earth women with whom you can have a real and candid conversation. She keeps everything relaxed, and her follow-up is wonderful. She tracked me down while I was traveling and all her messages were so thoughtful: enough to tell me I should get in touch, but not so much that I totally panicked. I highly recommend her if you want someone who is warm and easy to talk to.
